Eligibility:

All participants must submit a completed, signed parental Entry and Release of Liability Form prior to the commencement of the Participant's first Hockey Skills Competition.

Prior to the start of the competition, parents of each participant must also pay the entry fee in full and in accordance with the payment instructions on the Hockey Skills Challenge website.

After receipt of the Entry and Release of Liability Form and the entry fee payment, the Skate Shoot and Score staff shall notify each participant via email of the designated place and time of the competition. A participant must be present at the designated location for the competition and at the scheduled starting time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification form the competition.
